What’s the best app for tracking your collection?
Posted by KJXploR on June 24, 2026 at 8:52 pmI’m looking for an easy-to-use app to keep a catalogue of my collection. Ideally I’d like one that shows all cards available so I can tell which cards I lack in my PCs.
Card Ladder is too serious for what I want—and too pricey. I have to manually enter too many of my cards for CollX. I want easier than that.
Have any of you tried Collectr? Ludex? Have another one you like? Give me your recs!

Yeah I’ve been researching and asking AI but wanted personal opinions of real folks if anyone on here uses and is a fan of an app

ive used market movers and card dealer pro a little. non of them really suite what i would want or im sure most in the hobby would want. Spreadsheets it is haha

I’ll check into those to see if they’re what I want. Thanks!

welcome. sadly i dont think anyone has created an app or even a site that really works like we both probably want.

I just started using a Pokemon app today that’s EXACTLY what I want for sports cards. I can scan the cards to easily add them. And it shows all of the cards and checks the ones I have and even lets me keep up with which variations I have. Here’s a screenshot of the main Pokemon character I’m collecting. I can quickly see which ones I don’t have at all.

I’ve used Sportscardpro for some. I don’t mind it, but it’s limited a bit in the free version. You can look at the sets and see what you have and don’t. I find that there are some holes in the listings and it’s not always easy to fix that.
I’ve used Collx a bit now too, and have no intention of trying to use it as a collection tracker as it’s too focused on the selling part.
I believe sportscardpro has a tcg/ccg side as well for what it’s worth.

Thanks! I’ll give it a look. I guess the challenge is always the cost of keeping an app up to date with all of the sets that are released.

I use Collectr for my Pokemon slabs and sealed. I don’t use anything to catalog my sports.
