Star Wars Celebration 2027
I was lucky enough to get tickets to this in April. It’s a very important year for Star Wars next year. It’ll be officially 50 years since a new hope released. So tons of cool exclusive 50 anniversary merch and Topps is expected to release a special set for it. I am beyond excited, I have always wanted to go to a Star Wars Celebration, big bucket list item for me. Hopefully I can get lucky enough to get a spot at the 50th anniversary panel (George Lucas, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamil, Hayden Christinsen, Sam Jackson, Natalie Portman, Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christian, Anthony Daniels…. basically if they have a pulse and was a major character in star wars they will be there)

It’s stunning for me to realize it’s been half a century ago. I remember seeing the original Star Wars summer after my freshman year of college and being mesmerized. The scrolling text was amazing technology back then. I was so impressed with the movie that I took my father to see it. He fell asleep 😑

I definitely plan to make a ton of videos for my YouTube and be spending a lot of time and money at the Topps Booth 😂

I have a theory. I saw Mark Hamil signing a ton of 77 cards. I’m thinking these are going to be redemptions in the 50th set plus I heard Topps has a sheet of Carrie Fisher auto stickers they have been holding

They always have a booth at Star Wars Celebration and usually drops a special set. Definitely plan ripping a ton since it’ll all be at Topps direct prices

this would be awesome to attend. i have always watched these things on tv but would be cool to actually go to one of the events.

It’s going to be epic, a huge star wars vacation. Going to take the family to Galaxy’s Edge in Disney also

It travels all over. It’s also not every year. 2025 was Japan, 2023 was London and 2020 was Chicago, that was the last time it’s been in the US
