Old School Video Game Collectors

Where are my OG Video Game collectors? Before getting back into the card hobby, I spent a few years collecting all the old games i had or wished i had when I was younger. Sitting on over 2,200 games. Largest collection is NES with about 350 games. Have a little something from just about everything, with a lot of rare and sought after titles. Have 100+ games for many different consoles. Favorite franchises to collect are Castlevania, Mega Man, Ninja Gaiden, & Contra.

I definitely appreciate old games. Haven’t really gotten into the collection side yet. Always seemed like a really fun hobby

    Here are some photos throughout the years scrolling through my phone. The fireplace is tiled with all original CIB games in plastic protectors and secured with Velcro

      That is AWESOME!! How clever to tile your fireplace with them. It looks GREAT!! Thanks so much for sharing. I’m super impressed. And actually kinda inspired! If there are contests for creativity and general coolness you should enter. I think you’d win!

        Thanks, man! These are pretty out of date, and the collection has gotten too big to be honest, lol. Shifted focus to cards, which doesn’t take up as much room….yet

sadly i dont collect.. if i did i wouldnt have a house. i do have a couple vintage consoles and couple games but im not hardcore about it
