Card Tiers..
Posted by wickedcustomzcards on April 12, 2026 at 3:21 amIm curious to what people consider low end when it comes to price and mid tier to high tier prices. I know what i consider low end to me is like dollar to five dollars maybe even up to 10 dollars. but love to hear what everyone else thinks

Low end to me would be up to $20. High end would be anything above $150. Obviously it would vary by person but thats just me.

i agree it varies by person. kinda why i wanted to see everyones take on it

Oh for sure. It just blew my mind pokemon card singles were hitting triple digits at the card show

I’m very aligned with this pricing, too. So far I haven’t spent as much as $200 on a card. But I do sometimes think I should quit buying blasters and accumulate those savings to buy a “dream” card

might be time to finally do that. im thinking of doing that. i mean yes pulling that dream card or cards would be cool but we all know how that goes.. and if i happen to pull it after ive bought it then i got one to sell

It is a hard bug to get rid of lol so inhave to try to limit myself

oh trust me i pick up something each pay day. just to rip for fun

I don’t think there is an answer for this as it would depend person to person based on their budget. I do know that my cutoff for low end and high end has changed the longer I have been in the hobby.

i totally get that.. was wanting to see everyones view on it. i know it will vary person to person and like you said those numbers can change that longer in the hobby
