Players get traded all the time. some even get traded in the middle of a game and have to leave the game.. What’s your thoughts on this and who are some that caught you by surprise or made you mad?

As a Spurs fan the Kawhi Leonard trade really upset me for sure

yeah the bucs dropped the ball though i think they will do like a day contract when he retires to retire as a buc
Now they need to make a deal with mayfield

I’m not sure how I feel about Adley going to the Red Sox. Overall it might be best for everybody. Now I’m rooting for the Sox to take the American League title

Yeah theyd do it as a wild card which seems to be the move sometimes since you dont really get a long break before playoff baseball like division winner do

Yeah that was the Dodgers just being the Dodgers and trying to continue to buy their World Series and are gonna be the reason there is no baseball season next year because of the bargaining agreement

yeah i seen the headlines of skubal being traded and was like what.. some trades just done make sence but i know its all about money and staking things

Yeah I seen that it was the Dodgers that got him and was just like welp there goes baseball next year lol like I’m sorry but Dodgers are singlehandedly ruining baseball by making essentially a super team and essentially blocking any teams to compete with them

The only thing i say to all of this is they still need to play well. Like there can injuries, bad games, etc. theres plenty of teams who beat them its baseball however i also agree with that side of it too their team is nuts. Its mostly the pitching

Oh I agree wholeheartedly. It is gonna be an interesting second half of the season and playoffs for sure.

They have been smart with their money but at the same time baseball needs a salary cap. From my understanding owners want it its the players that are against it

Well few reason.. one being playings think they are all worth much more then they are 😂 and two.. half these owners don’t want to spend their money either. I think if they do a cap there needs to be a minimum cap as well because some of these owners barely spend any money on players

Yeah dont get me wrong there are players that arent getting paid what they are worth but it will be interesting to see what happens if they do get a salary cap

Yeah going to be very interesting. Obviously none of the players want the cap because they all think they are worth a ton which they arent

i remember a time when the yankees where the team who had the most money to spend. highest salary cap

But remember there always gonna be winners and losers. Many will be happy others will cry as well as upset with anger. Old or new favorites suited up for other organizations. That’s the love of the game. That’s what makes brings us here.
