Any Allen & Ginter fans out there?
It’s one of my favorite sets so I’m excited for today’s release. I didn’t order this year but have bought into a couple of breaks. This means I won’t get any of the weird cards because I didn’t grab those spots but I’m looking forward to seeing what players I get. For me the A&G cards are highlights in my PC.
As for the mini cards do you like or dislike them? I really like them.

This is probably one of the most fun products that comes out. I do enjoy the minis too. I just like the variety and the chance to get non athletes. They do a good job with this product. I imagine it is pretty expensive.

I dont know about expensive. Was just at my local Target this morning and they had a bunch of boxes and packs. So I dont know if people just dont like them cause theyre not Pokemon or what

Oh I wonder if my Target has some. I’d definitely buy a few to check the new set out.

love the set. and i learned something new about some of the cards that i need to go back and look at years past. some of there cards that are considreed numbered actually didnt have the numbers on them. plus some of the backs where different which made them sp or ssp.

I always swear I’m going to do that but then give in and buy a couple of boxes. Or this year I bought into breaks. I got the Braves slot in a 3 box Hobby break then when some slots went for $11 and $15 I added four more teams. The Braves slot was $25 and I got enough cards to more than cover what I’d spend on singles. And in the other 4 I got lucky again and got an auto. I’ll post when the cards come in. And I’ll probably share some. I’ve been on a bit of a lucky streak and am wondering if I need to quit OR to get in one more break…

Lol it’s a very common dilemma to have in the hobby I feel like. Either push your luck or quit while ahead

Same dilemma with ALL gambling, right? lol I just bought another Braves slot. $19 lol

i dont have a favorite set i had the austin wells /5 from 2025 but sold it a few months back

Some cards are just a design we really like. I’ve really liked some sets but just a certain year, not every year

that is so true. some products have had better years.

in my opinion panini has always had good designs on cards and ideas but topps is for some reason catching up to them

i think its cause they finally realize what sells and then copy. now that they have all the licensing basically as well.. least the top 3 sports.

And a lot is personal preference. I like the colorful sets but some like basic player photos, player and team name in black and white. And as y’all know I’m a fan of the fabric patch cards. Some people hate those, say the fabrics look like tissues

yes that is true. i mean sometimes it does. but hey there still cool cards. is it great when its player or game worn yeah.. but we know they save the better pieces of material for those higher end cards.
