Are there any other wrestling card collectors on here?
Posted by kyberforged on September 20, 2026 at 6:26 pmI’m a wrestling fan and I’ve definitely gone down the rabbit hole myself. WWE is actually one of the most popular products I rip, and every time I open it I’m reminded how much cool stuff there is in the wrestling card world.
You’ve got legends, current stars, rookies, autos, relics, low-numbered cards, championship cards, and cards tied to some of the biggest moments in wrestling history. There’s a LOT to chase.
I’m curious who everyone collects. Are you more into the current WWE guys, the Attitude Era, WCW, ECW, or the older legends?
And what is the one wrestling card you would absolutely love to own? I want to see what the wrestling collectors consider the true grails.

not a full blown wrestling card collector but will soon pick up a few just of those who i grew up watching and enjoying.
-
Same here. I’m not a full-blown wrestling card collector either, but there are definitely some guys from the eras I grew up watching that I’d love to have in the PC. Those nostalgia pickups hit different when you actually remember watching them every week.
-
that is for sure and i want to get a few of those who came before my era and helped pave the way
-
Absolutely. I like that approach too. There are some wrestlers I never got to watch live, but you can’t really appreciate the history of wrestling without recognizing the people who helped build it. A few cards from those legends would be a pretty cool way to connect the different eras in the PC.

yeah i would have loved to see andre the giant.

I was glad to see NWO in there prime. My uncle took me to a WCW show when I was a kid
-
man that would have been awsome. nwo, ecw, monday night nitro so much greatness
-
It was so awesome! It was during Sting going after NWO so the headline match was Hogan/Sting

I bought a box of them just to see what they had but its not a must grab from me
-
Sometimes you just need to rip one before you know if it’s for you
-
Yeah we watch wrestling when we can so it was a cool thing to do for sure
-
That’s pretty cool it’s something you actually watch and enjoy together.
-
I’ve thought about taking my daughter she loves to watch
-
Yeah they are fun for sure. Just was odd not hearing the announcers lol

I don’t know much about wrestling, but I’d say that’s a very dedicated group of collectors. They have some great cards and they definitely have value. I know some of the bigger names and old school wrestlers, but I can’t say I follow that part of the hobby. Let’s see some of the cards you have!
-
Haha I’m definitely guilty of that 😂. I’m not a full-blown wrestling collector either, but there are a handful of guys I grew up watching that I’d love to add to the PC, plus some of the old-school legends who came before my time

It’s a pretty nice set. We got blasters and hobbys of it
-
yeah i really need to try and save and just get a hobby version of the things i get from retail to finally say i have.
-
Plus honestly WWE is great about guaranteed hits in Hobby’s. Every hobby has 2 autos
-
thats good to know.. whats the going price though?
-
ahh okay.. yeah i see that price tag and just struggle.. i know i know what am i even in this hobby if i look at hobby boxes like that..

-

Not a wrestling collector here, but recently started looking into some guys from my childhood. Would love to find a cool Goldberg card
-
I just got a Vintage Flair card I’m hoping to get signed sometime
-
Oh that’d be an awesome one to get signed! He’s definitely not getting any younger, and I’m sure his lifestyle knocked a few years off during his time in the 80s lol
-
I know! I want to get it soon, I was going to get it at The National but I didn’t get to go. I had to stay back to run the at home shows
-
-
for sure an auto worth having. and from what i hear a very humble and nice guy.
-
Honestly I have always heard the opposite, I heard he’s a “don’t meet your heroes” type of guy lol
-
i think its a mix. i think alot of famous people get like that.
-
-
-
-
Yeah i would love a good goldberg card. even auto.
-
-
yeah it was crazy back then.. real feuds that spilled into the matches and such and wrestlers getting screwed over. they did him dirty at some point.
-
yeah that was crazy. and that wasnt scripted it was done right on the spot
-
-
We pulled a really dope auto of his a few weeks back. Exalted I think
-
oh thats nice.. i been looking more at wwe cards now haha.. childhood coming back to me
