October Giveaway Slabs!
Remember, our engagement giveaway is based on our 30-Day Leaderboard, so get out there an earn those points!
Our active member giveaway is a raffle-style givvy where everyone that’s active (on a trial or as a paid member) is automatically entered!
For more info on how to maximize your chances of winning, check out our Giveaways page in the sidebar or at this link: https://thehobbi.com/giveaways/
NOTE: Last month’s points outline incorrectly listed liking a post as a way to earn points. That was a mistake, and it’s now corrected. The scoring itself has never changed: liking other members’ posts or content has never earned points for anyone. You DO earn points when other members like YOUR content. The leaderboard is built to reward real conversation and engagement, not volume clicking. Let me know if you have any questions!
NOW, without further delay, here are this month’s slabs…

These are some sweet ones for sure! Gonna be jealous of whoever gets the Duncan card!
-
Didn’t you win a Jordan one month?
-
Yes I did! It was a pretty sweet card but had to sell it recently due to unforeseen stuff coming up with my wifes work
-
Glad you had it when you needed the return. Things sometimes work out in ways we don’t expect but are glad they did
-

A nod to the beginning of NCAA hoops and NBA seaon’s eh? I know this Jordan will prompt an engagement battle.

Funny story I’m pretty sure I bought the raw version of the Jordan card in the claim sale lol
-
Ha! Well, I bet you end up with this 10 to go with it
-
well if you did now its do you send it in to see if you get a 10 hehe
-
Yeah I am super tempted to send it in just to see what I get lol
-
couldnt hurt though you could be out money or make money if you was to sell it.. im still waiting on value to come back and hope it comes back at a value price and not jacked up
-

Nice giveaway slabs! I’d be happy to wins those! Another great line up of cards for engagement.
-
I love these giveaways! Not only are these great PC cards, they are also great investment/long term holds since these guys and cards from that era continue to go up (especially in high grades).
-
i agree.. i like that the vintage and classic cards are getting a rise in there market.. i know neither of those cards are considered vintage since vintage seems to be from 1980 and before to some stats and info i seen but to me they are vintage and glad the market is rising for older players and retired players
