hmmm ill have to see how far the drive is for this.. im in clearwater fl.
-
Please do! It’s a fun, low key event! Plus even with these small trade nights, you get to see some great cards and collectibles!
-
have to go through cards and find anything worth bringing. still trying to build pc and even collection for events to sell or trade that i feel is worth it to others.
-
-
-
-
nice and look like should be interesting and fun. i would just make sure your transparent with those.
-
yeah they are free, so I am not worried too much about it at this point. Most of these are $5 to $15 dollar cards. The last one is a box with five Jordan Cards. Nothing too crazy, but always fun to get Jordan for free!
-
oh thats awsome then.. free is free so no need for true transparency.
-
I had packs of cards for giveaways last time around, but I figured I’d try this because there is instant value and if it’s not something the person wants it should promote trading or that’s at least my hope.
-
thats still cool. im still trying to learn trade nights. have yet to go to one
-
i hear that.. and i know the concept of trading could be equal trade or item and some cash
-
No limits to what you can do as long as you agree to it. Trading card free for all haha
-
-
-
-
-
That’s super cool you do that! A lot of others just want to scalp for mystery products. So it’s cool seeing this.
-
Yeah they should be fun giveaways! Nothing earth shattering in them haha but enough to make it exciting for whoever opens them!
-
right. i totally feel the same way. mystery packs should still give some value at some degree. or just be for fun.
-
I bought a mystery pack for $100 and the cards I got were worth $25 if I pushed the comps haha I know it’s all for fun and chance, but I’d rather just buy the card I want when the floor is that low. I guess it can be said those are better numbers than some boxes haha
-
that is true. buying mysteries is always a gamble. but i guess even if i get cooked i still have something vs a lottery ticket that unless i win i have nothing
-
Yeah I did get something so that is a plus. The only packs I have bought that I enjoy are the Arena Club digital packs. I know there is a low floor on some of them, but I have done well with those and I like the buy back option if it is a card I don’t really want to keep. I’ve got a couple Ohtani PSA 10’s, a Jaxson Dart PSA 10, and a Mickey Lattice PSA 10. I just got a Pikachu PSA 9 that I am giving to my niece for her birthday later this year. My luck will run out one day haha
-
I do like buying off Arena Club! Havent hit big name 10s but never done too bad
-
I even bought a coin from them and hit a nice one. I am waiting for the downward motion that it inevitably coming hahaha
-
yeah the coins are new along with the other stuff.. crazy what there getting into.. and shhh dont say that
-
Yeah I should keep that kind of talk to myself haha
-
I am a newbie to coins, but my father is very knowledgeable so I’ve been learning about coins too. Figured I’d take a chance and got a good one.
-
yeah ive mostly bought the 25 dollar and 50 dollar ones. and some have been nice pulls. others have been bleh and i usually sell those back or take chance to see if someone will buy it close to comps.
-
I mean I have missed on some, but sold them back and hit on others. Those are fun and they do a good job with their packs.
-
oh i got what you ment.. and yeah for me i feel they do as best they can with transparency. one day ill pop on of those chases or grails.
-
The most I have done is the $100 and I will say those are more expensive but have been better overall when it comes to return and level players you get.
-
The $100 are some good hits but its wild to me knowing there are those to get the super high end packs
-
i haven’t been down the road of the $500 to $2500 packs haha most people I see opening those online are sponsored by them. I like the $100 packs. I’ll stay there.
-
i have to get past my brain first.. heck it took me a while before i bought a 50 pack.. cause brain goes well you can get 2 25 ones and have two cards and not just one
-
Not a bad point! It is nice to get a couple cards when you send them back to yourself.
-
yeah i dont know that ill ever rip any of the higher end. i think if it came to that i would just go out and buy a card i want at that price
-
Oh yeah the good thing is you get a decent card most of the time with the chance of a grail or chase card. The grails are near impossible but they are crazy if you get one.
-
that is for sure. even the 25 pack grail cards are pretty sweet. may not be alot of value but still some pretty nice cards
-
yeah and i do like the rewards they started to do. the incentives.
-
Yeah anytime you get some kind of incentive it helps and makes it more interesting.
-
yeah i like it. i mean you have to buy x amount of a certain pack but then you get money off next one basically.
-
I do like that and also you can pay a little extra and get 80% of what you spent not what the value of the card is. That is something some people use when going higher end.
-
Oh i didnt know they started doing that. Thats interesting
-
yeah when you go into your dashboard there click on the gift box at the top.
-
Oh I havent been on the site in a hot minute but may end up getting on there in a few days to see what has changed as well as what they have
-
It is worth a look. I tried the 718 breaks page you used. That was way too low of a floor for me to do it again. I know it is all chance, but I will stick with Arena Club.
-
Yeah i dont do 718 that often but to scratch an itch for cheap its not bad
-
I went too hard in the paint the first go around haha I went with the $100 premium and I think it was worth $18-$25 if I pushed it. The first two cards in the pack we a couple bucks on a good day and the slabbed card was just okay. If I did it again, I would be smarter and go with the lower end.
-
Giving you just enough to keep you coming back haha
-
i like that there doing it. there setting them self different then the other ones like them that have popped up. i know repacks are getting a bad rap but i think its mostly live selling or in stores where the transparency isnt there or lacking and some dishonest people
-
There are a lot out there just have to sift through and find the one you feel the most comfortable with. It is like anything else, lose and you think it’s no good, win and you love it haha
-
true. ive even bought a couple off amazon.. im planning to buy like 5 different ones here soon and do a video on them..
