I am not I am just a big fan of the players on the Pistons. I’ve been buying a lot of Duren, Cade, and Ausar. I just think they’re under appreciated in the hobby and are good investments right now.

When it comes to high end stuff, selling on Ebay has worked best for me. They offer the most protection for online transactions, and you get a lot of eyes on your items. I have personally never used other auction houses such as Golden or Heritage, but I would imagine it is pretty similar. For mid-range liquid items, setting up at shows and running Whatnot streams has been the best for me. That’s where I personally sell closer to comps, with less fees. I personally don’t sell much low-end singles, but I think the same would be true as the mid-range. Dollar bins at shows, and high volume low value live streams work great from what I’ve seen. I agree with Slade, I like the idea of buying more on forums and discords, when the right protections are in place. I personally have not yet found the right forum or discord that suits my needs, but I think that we need to open more avenues for selling.

I think there was talks of cross training other graders as backups. I think they are trying to proceed as each company individually, but if they see too much traffic at PSA, and not enough at Beckett and SGC, they will bring those graders in for backup. I don’t think anything is official yet though. Besides that, I submitted a value bulk order with PSA in mid October, and already received my cards back. So from my experience I am seeing quicker turn around times already.

I think you can define it in many ways. Me personally I tend to not care about value or rarity, I collect stuff I think is cool of players or teams I like. I don’t always agree a PC card has to be untouchable. In the past I have sold PC cards, but only when I am looking to move into bigger PC cards. I don’t usually look for expensive ones, but sometimes the one I want just happens to be valuable.

I agree, I would do anything to see him jumping over the line again….

As someone who only buys and submits with PSA, I don’t hate that they will be cross training Beckett and SGC graders. That will hopefully lead to quicker turn around times, and I have already seen improvements there. I understand how the grading industry being monopolized could turn out bad, and the idea sounds scary, but at the end of the day PSA was always going to be King. We as collectors need to take some responsibility, if people bought and submitted more with Beckett and SGC they would’ve never sold.

I appreciate it! I was never a big marvel fan but I do love the art work on these cards, I wish more sports cards had inserts with this level of design.

I appreciate it! It surprisingly is not numbered. The “Gold” in the name is apparently just the insert name, not actually a numbered parallel.
