It really depends how you want to collect. Look for Stars and crazy SSPs got for Topps flagship but if you are interested in getting into long term player investing (Go Bowman) I do a little of both

Basically what make The Batman who Laughs is, he’s Batman, he’s Bruce Wayne, but he’s from a universe where Batman snapped and killed the joker and the Joker’s final joke was to infect him with Joker toxin. So imagine a Batman with all the knowledge, skill and gadgets but also with Joker’s madness and disregard for morality
