Yeah, sometimes you just look at the card and wonder what the grader was seeing 😂. It looks super clean to me. A 10 would’ve definitely felt right, but I’m still happy with a 9 if it’s a card I really wanted for the PC.

For sure! There’s something extra satisfying about finally grabbing a card that’s been sitting on your want list for a while. Those are usually the pickups that end up meaning the most in the PC. Appreciate it! 🙌

That’s a pretty cool PC card, especially with the 9. Hopefully the corrected slab makes its way back quickly. I’d definitely be curious to see it once you get it back—Leaf cards can look really sharp in a slab.

Absolutely. I think Burrow has shown enough to know what he can do when he’s healthy and has some protection. I’m just hoping the Bengals can keep him upright and give him a chance to really get rolling

100% 😂 A healthy Burrow with even a halfway competent offensive line is a completely different problem. The guy can absolutely sling it, but he’s spent way too much of his career running for his life.

Absolutely. Burrow was ridiculous that season . That LSU team had so many future NFL guys on it that it felt like an NFL roster playing college football. Jefferson, Chase, Burrow, Clyde, Queen, Delpit… just loaded from top to bottom. That 2019 team is definitely one of the first ones that comes to mind when talking about all-time great college teams

Yeah when he is healthy he is honestly one of the best QBs in league

Allen is on a tear. I’m hoping Burrow gets something together this year

Yeah, the only player that has left me with the kinda awe that Jordan did was Kobe

I mean sets never have an off season but the market cools when they aren’t playing. WWE and UFC have been pretty consistent. Maybe not the booms of the other sports but they still move consistently

I just tell my little brother to go back and watch Jordan. There was something almost magical about his game. He literally defied gravity at times. There are some incredible ball players but I don’t think anyone will ever carry the aura that MJ did. He was feared by literally everyone on the court and if they didn’t, he made sure they did by the end of the game.

It’s my theory why Topps invested so heavily in UFC and WWE…seasons never end
-
Yeah I worry the days of the real dollar bin chases are gone. Just so hard to find something big, in gradable condition, and then make that gamble
-
It’s hard to compare it to Jordan. Honestly if you made a Mt Rushmore of just the best winners that would be far easier. Brady, Jordan, Jeter

I should be too 😂. I think its because you know there’s a chance you’ll find something you completely missed.
