The U-shape idea is interesting because it gives you more usable space without necessarily spilling into the neighboring vendor’s area. The big question for me would be whether the venue has enough aisle space to accommodate different setups without creating bottlenecks.

I’m with you on that. Photogenic has a totally different visual appeal, especially with the borderless design. When the photo runs all the way to the edge, it feels more like an actual piece of sports photography than a traditional trading card.

And I completely understand the “I haven’t found the right market yet” problem. Non-sports autos can be tough because the right buyer might be at a comic con, the right card show, or buried in a collector group rather than the usual sports crowd.

So, far from story leaks and stuff it seems he comes from the F4 universe just hasn’t ever turned villain yet. Another popular rumor is the F4 universe exists because Cap stayed back in time and that’s the universe he went to after Endgame. So a few things changed with that, one of which is rather than this once in a generation genius is born Victor Von Doom rather than Tony Stark.

A $500 Umbreon would be one of those cards where you’d stare at it and think, “I really just spent $500 on a Pokémon…”
…and then immediately understand why you did it.
And yeah, Caitlin Clark is tough to argue with. A numbered rookie of a player you actually PC would probably be the safer choice for me personally because it checks both boxes: I like the player AND it fits the collection.
The Umbreon is the “screw it, this card is awesome” purchase. 😂

That’s a perfect example of why I think “why you bought it” can matter more than the card itself. You’re not just buying a Sean Elliott card, you’re buying a little piece of something you remember watching happen.

Yeah, I’m with you on that. Booing is one thing, but throwing stuff onto the field because you didn’t like a call is a completely different level.
Especially in college, these are still kids playing in an incredibly emotional environment. You can be pissed about a bad call without making the game unsafe for the players and officials.
Basketball seems to be where it gets especially wild. The student sections can go from “passionate fans” to “somebody needs to take their beer away” pretty quickly. 😂

Same here! It’s crazy how one random Facebook scroll can lead to finding a whole community you end up actually enjoying. Five months later and now you’re building PCs, chasing cards, and talking hobby nonstop.
