Second box. I’m not sure if I ever got an auto in a blaster before. Well today was for sure a record for me because I ripped two Bowman blasters and got TWO autos!! One in each box.

The red Yanquiel Fernández is a fun redemption card IF he were to win Rookie of the Year. And I’m happy to get a 1st Bowman Chrome of a Braves prospect

I just got a Pokemon lesson from a friend yesterday, so I’m intrigued! As someone pointed out to me last year, Pokemon don’t get hurt like athletes do. So their cards don’t lose value from injuries

That’s true. There are all kinds of factors we on the outside never see or know about

I bet there are fewer inserts now as well since that’s a totally different design…

I felt like I was pretty lucky with these two blasters. I hope you get an auto or numbered or both in your basektball ones that are on the way! It’s fun to rip, isn’t it? I always get something I’m happy to have, and today’s rips had more cards I’m happy with than maybe any other day I’ve had since I started collecting a few years ago.

I do buy into breaks now and then. And try the random ones as well. It’s definitely gambling. The now-and-then wins keep me coming back. I had beginner’s luck with the first break I bought into and got the case hit with a Deion Sanders Braves colorblast. I didn’t even realize colorblasts were a big deal! lol

For me it’s really like slot machines. I “win” just often enough that I keep going. There’s probably an algorithm that tells companies just how many good cards and how often they need to include them to keep us buying
